2010 MASTERS SPECIAL EVENT SERIES

Dr. Edward Allen, a USCF National Chess Master, Life Master and two-time winner of the New Jersey State Chess Championship, gave an 18-board simultaneous exhibition. The event was hosted by the Monmouth Chess School & Club and the Community YMCA at the Children's Cultural Center, 51 Monmouth St.

Dr. Allen, who generously donated his time and efforts, scored a clean sweep, winning all 18 games.

All proceeds for the event were donated to the Community YMCA Strong Kids Campaign.
